Welcome to Core Ability
Core Ability is a fully-equipped classical Pilates studio located in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong. We offer private and semi private Pilates sessions as well as mat and equipment classes for clients of all levels. Our instructors are classically trained and highly motivated to provide you with the tools you need to improve your mind and body. At Core Ability we believe in an integrated and systematic approach to your workout, just the way Joseph Pilates intended. Our philosophy is that Pilates is a movement system through which the body learns and movement heals.
